360 Degree Feedback Survey Process


1. Rater Selection
The feedback for the 360 degree survey is collected from multiple sources. We encourage participants to choose between 7 to 15 raters. However, there is not a limit to how many raters a participant can select. Participants can select their own raters through our online Rater Selection Page. Managers can review raters before the surveys are sent out.

2. Survey Administration
After raters are selected, each participant and rater will receive an invitation email with a link to the Survey Access Page. On this page they will find a link to take the 360 degree feedback survey.

3. Project Management
Our project managers are experts in the 360 feedback survey development and administration process. They are available to speak with you and your team during regular business hours via telephone or through email correspondence.

4. Participation Reports
You have completed visability into the level of participation through a real-time online participation report. We send reminder emails to boost participation. A DecisionWise project manager also ensures that adequate numbers of raters participate before the process is completed and a report is generated.

5. Participant and Group Reports
Participants receive their individual 360 degree feedback report, which provides the combined feedback on performance dimensions critical to effectiveness from all raters. Group reports present the composite scores of all the participants across each competency.
