![]() 360 Degree Feedback for PerformanceRelevant Information Multi-rater assessments (360 or 180 degree evaluations) provide a more complete picture of a person's performance. Traditional top-down (Supervisor-only) evaluations tend to reward those who deliver results (get the job done and meet performance goals), and penalize those who don't comply with basic guidelines (safety standards, attendance policies, or insubordination). Peer and Direct Report evaluations add a perspective to "how" the job gets done. Multi-rater evaluations provide insights into quality of work, leadership qualities, and effective relationships. Feedback from peers, direct reports, and others, when combined with that of the supervisor, provides a more complete view of an employee's performance.

We develop custom multi-rater appraisals specific to the participant's roles and function. We work to ensure that the raters are selected in a consistent process in order to provide relevant and balanced views of the person's performance. We administer the 360 degree appraisals online and/or on paper through a simple and flexible process. Our online system allows for fast and easy access to the survey and report. A DecisionWise talent manager or consultant can assist you through the process and help you interpret the results. Our multi-rater assessment tools, simple and efficient process, and knowlegeable level of support provide a rich evaluation and a plan for performance improvement. Useful Reviews We help the organization clarify their Talent Management strategy and calibrate leaders' performance standards through a talent review meeting. Leaders will review the performance of key individuals and create the organization's talent map. Performance feedback facilitates a richer discussion about skills, competencies, and behaviors related to performance. We provide Performance Coaching Training for supervisors to conduct more effective performance reviews and coaching. The outcome of the review is not just a more accurate performance evaluation, but a development plan for improved performance. We have found that multi-rater appraisals generally increase completed performance reviews by about 20%, and create a "pull" environment for the reviews.
