A record of successful leadership development and performance improvement experiences highlights Juan’s consulting career. He started working as a manager at IBM, Corp. bringing about change and productivity gains. After five years, he became a consultant at IBM's World Headquarters in New York, researching organizational issues in quality, innovation, leadership and change.
Over the last 15 years, Juan has consulted in various countries with leaders of corporations such as AT&T, Columbia-Tri Star Pictures, Cox Communications, Cisco Systems, General Mills, the Blue Care Network and Nissan. Juan is known for implementing effective organizational change through employee feedback and leadership development.
Juan is the founder and managing partner at DecisionWise, Inc. and the author and developer of several programs and publications, including: Leadership Intelligence: 360 Feedback, Leading Change and Performance Coaching. He is an engaging public speaker and has taught at Harvard Executive Leadership programs, Pepperdine University, and was an Adjunct Professor at the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.
Juan is noted as an executive coach and advisor on timely leadership and organizational challenges. His focus at work is on improving performance through feedback, coaching, and development.
Juan holds graduate Masters degrees in Organizational Behavior and Business Management, and undergraduate studies in Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Design and English Literature. Lately, Juan pursues executive education at Harvard Business School.
Born in Argentina, he is an American husband and father of four children. An avid competitive sailor and sprint-distance triathlete, Juan lives in the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains in Provo, Utah.
