DecisionWise, Inc. is a management consulting firm specializing in Leadership Intelligence^®. 

Our business, founded in 1996, is headquartered in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains of Provo, Utah, and has expanded to a clientele and network of associates in over 30 countries.  We provide talent management services to organizations throughout the world, including many Fortune 500 companies, government organizations, and non-profits.

We provide Leadership Intelligence through assessments, feedback, coaching, and training. We work closely with leaders in organizations to use feedback to develop action plans to become better leaders and create a more effective place to work. We provide a proven process for turning feedback into results.

Our logo shows a stylized "D," where people are at the center. The top of the D is open, representing an open mind, allowing information to flow freely.
