![]() On Boarding CoachingWe understand the value of experienced, confidential, and personalized coaching. For over two decades we have been working with thousand of leaders in positions of responsibility, helping them with timely and significant decisions affecting their organizations and their lives. We know how to coach leaders. Over the course of a decade, we developed the Leadership Intelligence® coaching process for turning feedback into results. The Leadership Intelligence coaching process helps leaders ask the right questions, gain better understanding through feedback, build on strengths while addressing potential derailers, and achieve desired results. We use assessment and feedback to help leaders gain greater awareness. We facilitate interpretation of feedback to target development. We help leaders set goals to improve and grow. On-Boarding Focus Even good hires can get off to a rough start. As part of the Selection process, we coach new managers for success in the critical first six months in the organization. Our coaching is tailored to the development needs, potential challenges, and cultural fit in the organization. We help new leaders achieve initial success and become well integrated. On-Boarding coaching helps newly hired managers get off to a great start during the first 90 days on the job. Scope of Engagement Coaching engagements vary in scope based on the desired outcome. We provide three general levels of coaching: Alert: Helps leaders gain a better understanding and increase awareness. Through this process, leaders learn more about themselves and the impact they have on the organization and those around them. The coach facilitates interpretation of feedback and the setting of development goals. This requires a single coaching session. Elevate: This level of coaching helps leaders target a higher level of performance. Through this process, leaders learn more about themselves and the impact they have on the organization and those around them. The coach facilitates interpretation of feedback, goal setting, and the creation of a development plan. The process concludes with a three-way meeting between the coach, the leader, and the leader's supervisor. This requires two or three coaching sessions over a period of several weeks. Achieve: This process helps leaders achieve a measurable result or change. Through this process, leaders grow to a high level of performance. The coach acts as a personal trainer, facilitating change and results achievement. The focus is on improving performance and meeting well defined goals. This process provides clear targets and begins, and ends with a 360-Degree Feedback assessment designed to measure behavior change. This process requires multiple coaching sessions over six to nine months. Resources A successful coaching relationship requires a good match between the leader and the coach. We help you choose a coach appropriate for the leader's work experience and responsibility level. We work to ensure a good fit and a relationship of trust with our selective group of experienced coaches. Meet DecisionWise Coaches |
