The first step to turn survey results into action is to get managers and business partners to own the feedback. This involves each of them properly understanding the results, the role they have in causing the results, and affecting those results for the better in the future. Our action planning workshop walks all participants through these steps.

Action Planning
Goals are 70% more likely to be achieved when proper planning has happened beforehand. The action planning process is the heart of our action planning workshop and the most important part of any employee survey process. We train managers to conduct a series of action planning workshops with their workgroup to help employees own the feedback and create goals for improvement within their area of control.

Following Up
It's not over til it's over. Tracking goal completion or otherwise following up to hold managers and employees accountable is necessary to make sure the next survey doesn’t return worse information because employees have lost trust. Our consultants will share best practices and work with you to develop a plan for holding your organization responsible for results.
