Presentation of Results For smaller projects, one of our consultants normally debriefs the overall employee survey report with the client. To uncover this story, we provide an in-depth statistical analysts of the survey results. This provides a rich and detailed look into the collective employee mind. We compare the survey results to your internal metrics (profitability, turnover, customer satisfaction, and productivity) so you can see how employee engagement impacts the bottom line. This presentation is always conducted by one of our senior consultants to the management team and lasts two to four hours.
