The Performance Profile is more than a report. A DecisionWise talent management consultant interviews each candidate and analyzes the assessment results based on our experience and expertise. The consultant then provides recommendations via telephone or in person. The consultant also provides on-boarding coaching to the selected candidate in order to better ensure success during the initial 90 days in the job. |
